UNIT 175P

This equipment isdesigned for filling paste and gel products into laminate and plastic tubes. Machine with a tube inserter operates fully automatically.

Conception of the machineresults from experience of users with oldertube-filling machines and is as much as possible subordinated to thesimplest possible machine reset to a different tube diameter and easymachine maintenance. The machine is carousel with an 8-positionturntable, which is height-adjustable as well as all adjustablecomponents of the lower machine construction. The machine is alwaysequipped with an unit of tube orientation according to its print markand presence of the tube, single-acting volume filler with a pneumaticdrive and cylindriconic funnel. The funnel for the product can have acover with ultrasound sensor of product level, or if necessary themachine can be equipped with a blender of product in the funnel. Whenfilling problematic product, the funnel can be equipped with a two-position three-way slide valve (floating version).

The filling nozzle can be replenished with a pneumatically closed taperplug, product hair blow-off or drop suction. Hot-air heater can beequipped with removable components accordint to tube diameter and weldshape. It is possible to put a figure for marking charge andmanufacture date (9-14 digit) into the closing jaws. The machine can be supplied also for filling two components with dose volume of 50:50.

The closing module consists of closing lever mechanism with removablejaws and a stamping tool for marking a charge-figure. Mechanism has apneumatic drive. For cutting a deformed end of the tube there is aspecial cutter. The machine enables to create a tube weld with ashape-end or provide the weld with cut-through. Tube ejection isautomatic, by means of a pneumatic drive. It can be equipped with automatic tube inserter.

Used materials: stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316L, PTFE, packing: silicone rubber, FPM or EPDM.
